I’ve been shopping there since I was 5 years Old at which time They Would Deliver your Groceries. Best Meat in Town. Best Vegetables and Homemade Food in Sections. I Remember the Mother and Father. I’m near the same age as the Sons although I don’t remember them as a Child when I lived in Bragtown and All of the Locals Shopped there. Moved away and I imagine that the Sons weren’t working yet. Got married and when I came back home, I joined St Paul’s United Methodist Church and went back. It feels the Same to me now as it did then. Family Owned and They Care About Every Customer. Everyone is Very Nice and Friendly and Helpful. GREAT FAMILY! So Glad that Courtney Joined the Family there!! If you Ever Go Once, You’ll Go Back Again!!!

I didn't have as much time as I wanted to explore this store when I was in the area, but they have such a nice selection in a small amount of space. Super friendly staff. I definitely want to come back!

While looking for collards and black eyed peas, I remembered a friend told me about King's Grocery! I hit the jackpot! We found collards already seasoned and cooked in the frozen food department. When I asked for already cooked peas, a lady led me to the canned vegetables section :) Another customer in the canned goods section, told me to get the Margaret Holmes or Glory brands. We hit "gold". Both the cooked collards and peas were already seasoned and were delicious. Our New Year's Dinner with pork, potatoes, collards, black eyed peas, eggnog and a Symphony of Santas ❤ Thank you, Kings Grocery, for remaining in our area since the 1950s !

Great grocery store. Clean and organized. Friendly owners/ staff members. They have fresh produce section as well as different kind of meats available. They also carry a lot of North Carolina/local products and even make their own jams/butters/marmalades. Plenty of parking spaces available. Would definitely recommend this store!

They have my business for meat. I’m newer to the area and was looking for a good butcher. I’m from Michigan and normally go to a well know place called, “Dublin”. I was shocked to see they had a bad boy here like they also do there. Most places won’t employee that position anymore so it was refreshing to see. I enjoyed their steaks tonight and I’m looking forward to trying their ground beef for some burgers tomorrow. Give them a try, you won’t regret it and it feels like home.
